Website Support Plan

Absolutely, we use Webflow as our platform so your site will be hosted through Webflow as part of this Website Support Plan. The site plan fees are included in your monthly fees.

There are no costs to leave.

If we are building or redesigning your site, there is no setup fee if you join our maintenance program immediately as part of the project.

However, if it's been more than six months since we built your site or if you've made changes within those six months, a $199 setup fee applies.

For sites we didn't build, the setup fee starts at $199. Contact us for a setup fee quote.

If you choose not to enroll in our maintenance plan, several issues may arise. Here are the key reasons to ensure your website is properly maintained:

• The site will suffer from poor performance, slow loading times, and a gradual decline in Google SEO rankings due to lack of optimization.
• You'll lack backups or restore points, so if the site gets hacked or breached, you risk losing all your content, pages, and Google ranking.
• You won't receive a monthly report summarizing your site's traffic, page views, and other key metrics.
• Most importantly, you won't have our expert team to assist with quick updates, tweaks, and resolving website issues. Instead, you might find yourself relying on your hosting company for support, which can be less efficient.

Sorry, but the monthly update time doesn't carry over. You'll need to use it up each month.

If your site should get compromised while you’re on the plan – we’ll take care of cleaning the site and getting everything squared away with Google at no extra cost to you. But have no fear; to date – we’ve had ZERO hacks or breaches with any sites on our maintenance plan.

We’ll always try to get your updates done within 1 hour to save you some extra cost but if you have a decent amount of updates that will require more hours, we’ll give you an estimate of time and do that at our hourly rate.

We can take care of getting the site cleaned for an initial cleanup fee of $350 then we can immediately get your site on our monthly plan to make sure it remains clean and protected form hacks.

We pride ourselves on our swift response times, typically addressing updates within 24 to 48 hours. As a valued monthly client, you receive priority service over those not enrolled in our plan.
