You’ll receive an email invite to set up your Notion account and access your personalized Client Portal — where all project communication, tasks, and files will live — along with a short video walkthrough to help you stay organized throughout the project.Strategy Questionnaire:
You’ll receive a strategy questionnaire to share your goals, audience, and brand direction. This helps us design a site that fits your business and supports your long-term vision.Content Collection
You’ll get a shared Google Drive folder where you can easily upload everything in one place, and we’ll guide you through exactly what we need to get started — like text, images, and logins.
2. Layout & Design
Sitemap Creation:
I’ll start by creating your website’s sitemap — the page and menu structure that outlines how everything connects. Once it’s ready, I’ll send it to you for approval.Homepage & Subpage Design:
Next, I’ll design the homepage layout to set the overall look, feel, and style for your site. Then I’ll design one or more subpages so you can see how the full site will come together.Revisions & Approval
We will hold the first round of revisions here for the pages we've designed so far. Once you’ve approved the design, we’ll move into the building the rest of the site.
3. Build & Development
Full Site Build:

Please note that subscriptions to website platforms, such as the Webflow Site Plan, are not included and must be purchased separately. Additionally, you will need to acquire your own domain name if you do not already have one. Required legal documents, like privacy policies and terms of service, are not provided, but we can recommend resources to help ensure your website is compliant.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans to make investing in your website easier. Usually we take 50% up front and 50% upon completion. During our consultation, we’ll discuss the best payment option for you. Subscription plans may be available for web design.

We build our sites in Webflow, which has a powerful and user-friendly CMS. That means once your site is live, you’ll have full control to make simple updates and keep your content fresh without relying on a developer.
Yes, you’ll provide your content — but we make the process easy! You’ll receive a guided content checklist and a shared folder to upload everything. If you need help writing or editing your copy, we will provide you with a copywriting framework and can offer direction or connect you with a professional copywriter.
It’s not required but, there is a huge difference between our clients' websites that have them and the ones who don't. If you need a logo/brand design we can make that an add-on to your package.
Yes! In addition to web design, we also offer ongoing support plans, website care & maintenance, and SEO strategy to help your site grow after launch. We can also help with light branding or visual identity work for a complete, cohesive online presence.
Absolutely, as part of our Website Support Plan we offer support and maintenance services which include hosting through Webflow.
